Buying from another country?

We sell to any country. Buy online as usual and, at checkout, enter your freight forwarder's address in Guatemala. We pack your order carefully, deliver it there, and you arrange the trip to your country from there.

How much does shipping cost?

One flat rate per order: Q35.00 to Guatemala City and Q50.00 to the rest of the country. Pickup at our store is free. You'll see the exact cost in the cart before you pay.

How do I pick up my order?

Choose “Pick up at our store” in the cart. We'll let you know when it's ready and you pick it up at 6 Avenida 2-51, Zona 2 de Mixco, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Do you sell to other countries?

Yes, to any country. We pack your order and deliver it to the address in Guatemala you give us, for example your freight forwarder; from there, you arrange the shipping to your country.
